One morning, I found myself in a particularly irritable mood. Little annoyances began to pile up: a driver cut me off, my doctor's office failed to validate my parking, and the last straw came when I received an email from Amazon stating they had lost my order—not for the first time—and still charged my credit card. I was furious!

In a huff, I logged into my account to contact customer service, my fingers tapping impatiently on the desk as I waited.

When I finally got through to Prajith, my intention was to vent my frustrations on him.
