Chapter 1: Overview of inVerita's 2023

This year has been marked by significant growth, learning, and improvement for us at inVerita. We have weathered challenges and demonstrated remarkable resilience amidst global and local turbulence.

Despite the ongoing conflict with a much larger aggressor, our teams have remained steadfast, not missing a single day of work since February 24. We have showcased our unity as a nation, defending our independence while actively contributing to the economy and business sectors. As we approach the end of 2023, we want to express our gratitude for the achievements we have made together, reflecting on our shared experiences and the positive memories we will carry into the new year.

Chapter 2: Commitment to Ukraine

Independent Ukraine is a cause worth our dedication. In response to the unprovoked full-scale Russian invasion, inVerita collaborated to establish a Fund aimed at supporting Ukraine and its defenders. This Fund will continue its work as long as it is needed.

In 2023, we contributed ₴12,453,159 to assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine, providing vital resources such as vehicles, protective gear, communication tools, and medical supplies.

On October 2, we celebrated the Day of Defenders of Ukraine by participating in the Day4Defenders initiative, donating our profits from that day to support those defending our freedom. Additionally, during our 8th anniversary celebration, we organized an auction with renowned Ukrainian poet Serhiy Zhadan, raising $10,000 for the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, known as "Charter."

Our Thanksgiving Day was dedicated to thanking the defenders from the 128th separate mountain assault brigade. We organized teams to gather essential supplies, totaling 195 kg. On Saint Nicholas Day, we provided gifts for the children of soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation. Furthermore, we consistently support the 3D organization, which cares for orphaned children, helping to facilitate Christmas celebrations and gifts for them.

Although the conclusion of this war remains uncertain, Ukraine continues to stand strong against adversity.

Chapter 3: Innovations in Healthcare

The pace of evolution in the healthcare sector is astonishing. At every conference we attend, new technologies and automation solutions emerge. This year, in collaboration with our partner Synchronous Health, we proudly became a platinum sponsor of Health Tech Forward 2023.

Our co-founder and COO, Orest Hudziy, served as a judge at the Health Tech Challengers pitch competition, evaluating the top 80 finalists in categories such as Chronic Disease Management and Nutrition. We also participated in ViVE 2023 in Nashville and the HLTH Conference in Las Vegas, both hubs of innovation and collaboration.

Looking ahead, we will attend CES 2024 in Las Vegas from January 9-12, where we anticipate showcasing more technological advancements.

Our healthcare portfolio continues to expand. This year, we developed a sophisticated back-end system that utilizes synchronized, cloud-based software for smart, dose-controlled medication delivery. This system ensures that medications are administered according to healthcare providers' specifications.

Additionally, we created a tablet application for displaying and interpreting critical data from high-end mechanical ventilators, integrating evidence-based practices to monitor patient needs effectively. We also designed several telemedicine applications, EHR/EMR systems, and clinic management software to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.

The future appears bright, and we are committed to remaining at the forefront of healthcare software development, leveraging emerging technologies to empower healthcare professionals and enhance patient experiences.

Chapter 4: Industry Recognition

We take immense pride in our team's accomplishments and the positive feedback we consistently receive. Despite facing challenges during the ongoing war, inVerita continues to garner accolades. Notably, we were recognized as a Top 1000 Global Service Provider by Clutch for 2023, a distinction awarded to only 1,000 out of 280,000 companies based on industry recognition and customer reviews.

Additionally, we were honored as a Top Staff Augmentation Company by Clutch, emphasizing our ability to bridge technological gaps effectively.

Chapter 5: QU'ARTE's Transformation

Our digital product design agency, QU'ARTE, underwent a rebranding this year, showcasing our experience and visionary design team. 2023 has been a fruitful year for QU'ARTE, gaining recognition in Business Insider and Yahoo.

We were acknowledged as a top UX company in the medical field and received accolades for usability testing from Clutch. Thanks to the support of our clients, QU'ARTE was also recognized among the most reviewed UX companies on The Manifest.

Our commitment to excellence has culminated in QU'ARTE being named a 2023 Champion by Clutch, placing us in the top 10% of companies on their platform globally. This recognition serves as a significant motivator for our team.

Chapter 6: Celebrating 8 Years of Success

From our humble beginnings as a small team of enthusiasts, we have transformed into a thriving software development company over the past eight years. Currently, we collaborate with 23 clients across various industries, including nine Fortune 500 companies that joined us this year.

When asked about our formula for success in a competitive landscape, we attribute it to a combination of expertise, a dedicated team, satisfied customers, and a passion for innovation.

Throughout these eight years, we have developed products that have positively impacted lives, formed partnerships with significant enterprises and startups, and participated in numerous industry conferences for continuous learning and inspiration.
