This mindset led to unnecessary anxiety. In reality, it took me three years to achieve my first milestone, which involved gradually improving my skills rather than rushing through the learning process.

There was once a prevailing belief that one should find a stable job and remain in it for decades, taking only a few weeks off each year to enjoy life.
