As we dive into this week's performance metrics, it's time to reflect on the results, analysis, and inspiration derived from my journey.

Views and Reads:

I've noticed an increase of 1,000 views this week.

The read ratio stands at 66%, a slight decrease from last week's 68%, but still within an acceptable range as I aim for a target of 70%. I'm actively working on improving this metric.

Most of my engagement stems from a previously boosted article. While the boost's impact is diminishing, a few other pieces are beginning to gain traction.

Earnings Progress:

I’ve officially entered the $100 Club! What an achievement, especially considering it’s only mid-month!

This week, I generated $88.38 in earnings, which I view as a commendable accomplishment compared to earlier months.

My current strategy is yielding positive results, and I’m in the process of organizing it into a book that I plan to share soon.

Follower Growth:

This week, I gained 72 new followers—averaging more than 10 per day. This is a significant increase from the previous week's average of 5 daily followers. By prioritizing quality over quantity, I've seen an uptick in both views and reads, and now I’m also experiencing a rise in follower count, albeit unintentionally.

What contributed to their success:

The leading story received a boost, which I initially dissected in a prior analysis. The second story connects to nearly all my recent publications, as I strive to create more FOMs (Friends of Medium) for my platform. The third and fourth stories are new pieces that are gaining visibility in views and reads. Lastly, I tagged several active FOMs on the platform to enhance the visibility of my publications.

Weekly Highlights:

Medium has finally provided updates regarding the content purge and introduced new regulations: AI-generated content is now prohibited from the Partner Program. Additionally, excessive engagement with fellow writers could lead to exclusion from the program.

I have concerns about these changes, which I expressed yesterday. I hope these developments lead to a healthier environment for creators.
