Engage in physical activities: hit the gym, do push-ups, or just jump around and express yourself. The energy generated through action counteracts feelings of sadness and lethargy. It’s important to understand that taking action breeds energy rather than depleting it. What you might be experiencing is apathy—a state where emotional energy feels non-existent.
