Chapter 1: The Gaming Adventure Begins
Let’s embark on a journey through my eight-year love affair with video games. This experience has been nothing short of exhilarating, so let’s dive right in!

Like many kids over the age of eight, I found myself captivated by video games. They became my sustenance—my food, water, and air. My enthusiasm was boundless; I craved to play everything in sight. From the tranquil card game UNO to the chaotic battlegrounds of PUBG, my obsession with gaming knew no bounds.
My first true addiction was likely Clash of Clans, featuring tiny barbarians and bomb-toting skeletons, alongside the formidable archer queen.

This game gripped my friends and me. We banded together to form clans, raiding other groups and obliterating villages. Back in those days, nothing could deter us—except, of course, the infamous walls. Those barriers were a unique kind of frustration, and once they obstructed our path, nothing was more aggravating.
Even in school, everyone was buzzing about this game. We strategized relentlessly, plotting out our attacks and anticipating the outcomes of our clan wars. Winning was our only objective.

As our gaming journey progressed, we explored countless genres, making gaming our universe. Those days felt blissful—free from responsibilities and obligations, just a group of friends and a fantasy realm to conquer.
Playing video games brought several gifts into our lives: - An escape from reality - New adventures and experiences - Lasting friendships - Strong connections - A peaceful way to unwind - A simple yet healthy thrill
Unfortunately, they didn’t come with romantic partners!

Then, an iconic game entered our lives—PUBG. It was on everyone’s lips, from kids to grandparents, for various reasons.

PUBG had a unique appeal. You were dropped onto an isolated island, tasked with finding weapons and being the last player standing. In a match with 100 participants, we descended via parachutes, with the goal of survival in mind.
The island had its hotspots where players flocked for immediate action, creating a rush of excitement.

Playing alongside friends in duos or squads added another layer of enjoyment. We could communicate and devise strategies to eliminate our opponents while navigating the landscape in vehicles, all while sharing music and laughter.
Through these gaming experiences, we learned valuable life skills: patience in waiting for the right moment, generosity in sharing supplies, and resilience in facing repeated losses.
Games serve as a fantastic way to boost our moods and overall well-being, but it’s crucial to engage with them mindfully.
