  • 1 cup (240ml) oat milk
  • ½ cup (120g) natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (85g) maple syrup
  • ½ cup (80g) chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine the strawberries, oat milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds until well incorporated.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until the mixture achieves a thick pudding-like texture.
